One on one coaching (private pay & Colorado Medicaid)

Your opportunity to work one-on-one with Alex. Alex harnesses the 8 pillars of wellness, acknowledging your lived experience, identity, and needs. Life doesn't get easier... you just get better at building up yours. We aim to roll with an anti-shame mindset where there are no mess-ups, just mini solos. In sessions, you commit to your own heart, a collaboration where your wisdom is valued, and seeing yourself in all you've been through.

• 4, 8 or 12 session packages available at $150/hr. Sliding scale options available - please inquire.
