Life doesn't get easier... you just get better at building up yours. We aim to roll with an anti-shame mindset where there are no mess-ups, just mini solos. In sessions, you commit to your own heart, a collaboration where your wisdom is valued, and seeing yourself in all you've been through.

Compassion & Empathy In Care of the Trans/Noncisgender Community

Designed for professionals seeking to deepen their understanding and practice of allyship, this transformative training goes beyond theory. It equips participants with the tools to think, act, and communicate in ways that foster genuine belonging—not just as an abstract concept, but as a lived experience.

With a focus on trans and non-cis identities, this training challenges participants to engage with openness, self-reflection, and courage. Come with a strong back and an open heart, ready to unlearn, expand, and grow.
