Reiki Energy Healing Sessions
The body knows how to heal itself. We need to give it options.
Reiki is a powerful form of conscious energy healing that supports the body and mind. It works with you—meeting you exactly where you are, without force, judgment, or expectation.
In our sessions, Reiki is offered as a supportive, complementary practice—one that honors lived experience, trauma-aware, recovery journeys, and the impact of chronic stress and systemic harm on the nervous system.
This work is not about “fixing” you.
It’s about remembering who you are and how much life force you actually carry.
What to Expect:
Each session is guided by intention, consent, and presence. Reiki may be experienced as warmth, tingling, emotional release, deep relaxation, or a quiet sense of clarity. Some clients simply feel more grounded and at ease. Every experience is valid.
Sessions may support:
- Nervous system regulation and emotional balance
- Stress reduction and deep rest
- Trauma-aware healing and recovery support
- Grief processing and energetic release
- Reconnection to intuition and inner safety
- Spiritual integration without dogma
Reiki can be especially supportive for those navigating:
- Recovery from substance use addictions
- Burnout
- Identity transitions
- Parenting, reparenting, and generational healing
- Marginalization, advocacy fatigue, or hypervigilance
A wellness-focused, whole-person and inclusive approach:
As a recovery coach and transgender/nonbinary human, and parent, I hold this work through a lens of safety, autonomy, and dignity. Your identity, boundaries, and lived experiences are respected here. Reiki sessions are collaborative, client-led, and rooted in consent.
This space is for you if:
- You feel disconnected from your body or sense of self
- Your nervous system feels “stuck” in fight, flight, or freeze
- You’re doing the inner work and need energetic support alongside it
- You want healing that honors the nuances of our human-created laws and cosmic laws.... social justice + love and light!
Disclaimer: Reiki is not a replacement for medical or mental health care— it can be a powerful ally alongside it.
Healing begins with desire, exposing our intentions, embodying stillness, and reframing safety to being witnessed.
